The program is available in multiple locations across the US.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
Expected graduation of May 2027
Minimum cumulative overall GPA of 3.2 (on a 4.0 scale)
Previous co-op or intern experience required
Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
Detail oriented and strong problem solving and decision making skills
Comfort and ability to work within ambiguity
Willingness and desire to travel and remain mobile during and upon successful completion of the program

Responsibilities

Participate in three, eight-month rotational job assignments over 24 months.
Rotate across Technical, Operations, Project, or Business functions.
Collaborate with various teams across the organization.
Work on challenging projects that foster innovation and creative thinking.
For the Base Ops Track, participants will be placed in a plant engineering role before returning to a technical role upon successful completion.
Provide own daily transportation to/from work.
Secure and finance own housing.
Be open and flexible to relocate anywhere in the US during and post program.
Analyze data.
Prioritize workload and self-manage projects.
Handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
Solve problems and make decisions.
Work with all levels of employees and management within the organization.
Work within ambiguity.
Travel and remain mobile during and upon successful completion of the program.
