About The Position

We are excited to offer a paid summer internship for a curious, detail-oriented student interested in project management, process improvement, and special projects. This role provides hands-on experience supporting cross-functional initiatives that improve how work gets done across the organization. Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Business Operations, Project Management, or a related field
• Strong interest in project management, process improvement, or operational excellence
• Comfortable working with data, documentation, and timelines
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and on a team

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Asana, MS Project, PowerPoint, or similar tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of special projects across operations and business teams
• Assist with project tracking, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Help gather, organize, and analyze project-related data to measure progress and outcomes
• Prepare project updates, status reports, and documentation for stakeholders
• Participate in process mapping and identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement
• Collaborate with team members across departments to support project goals
