As the 2026 Summer Intern – Operational Excellence, you will be part of the Operational Excellence (OpEx) team reporting into the Operational Excellence Sr.Mgr/Mgr to assist the site in meeting both globally and locally driven targets. The individual provides support in the implementation and execution of OpEx initiatives by leading, managing, and coordinating associated tasks across departments. In this role, you will execute Operational Excellence Project(s) following the DMAIC methodology while supporting and developing improvement processes that meet business needs across the organization, be involved in developing a culture of problem solving, and contribute to the overall business strategy to achieve operational targets. You will be a pivotal contributor to the site’s vision of Everyone, Everyday, Striving for Excellence while modeling leadership behaviors in the organization.
