About The Position

Venture Dynamics is seeking skilled 1st Class Structural Welders for work in the Mobile, Alabama and Pascagoula, Mississippi area. The role involves structural welding in a fast-paced environment, using various tools and equipment to produce high-quality welds and maintain structural integrity. Candidates must have at least 4–5 years of structural welding experience and understand welding techniques, blueprint reading, and safety protocols.

Requirements

• At least 4–5 years of structural welding experience.
• Proven experience as a Structural Welder or in a similar role in a manufacturing or construction environment.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings, with a strong understanding of welding codes and standards.
• Experience safely operating cranes, forklifts, and other heavy machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality welds consistently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with machining processes.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine appropriate welding processes.
• Perform welding tasks using various techniques.
• Assemble metal structures by fitting parts together and welding them in place.
• Follow industry codes and standards for safety and quality assurance.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and store tools properly.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
