About The Position
Grandfather Golf & Country Club, a prestigious golf and country club located in Linville, NC, is seeking servers/bartenders who are positive, outing, passionate and hardworking to join our team. Our Food and Beverage operation is critical to our success and our team members have a tremendous impact on our members dining experience. The 10th Tee is where our golfers and other members and guests enjoy a casual meal. At Grandfather Golf & Country Club, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our members and guests. Requirements
- Requires a patient and stable work style
- One must enjoy a repetitive routine
- Member service-oriented
- Team player
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic bartending preferred
- Must be 21 years old
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and carry trays, glassware, bottles, and service items up to 30 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions as needed
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy dining environment
