About The Position

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking experienced, insured 1099 roofing contractors to support residential service work orders from our national property management partners. This is not a lead-generation service—you are paid directly by us for completed work, and materials are provided when needed. If you operate your own roofing business and are looking to supplement your workload with consistent, fast-paying jobs, this is a strong fit.

Requirements

General Liability Insurance (COI required)
Valid W9 and Tax ID
Licensed roofer in your state (where applicable)
Must own a truck, trailer, ladder, and roofing tools
Smartphone required for portal use (job access, photos, updates)
Strong communication, professionalism, and job site cleanliness
Must complete a short onboarding call before receiving assignments
No active insurance (General Liability and Workers’ Comp required)
Not licensed (where required)
Poor communication or incomplete job history
No ladder or inability to access residential roofs
Unwillingness to complete onboarding or training call

Responsibilities

Perform roof inspections & diagnostics, including leak detection, storm damage assessments, flashing and ventilation inspections, and moisture or mold risk identification.
Conduct minor roof repairs & maintenance, such as shingle or tile replacement, nail pops and small puncture repairs, sealant application around vents and flashing, and gutter cleaning and minor repairs.
Execute roof replacements & large repairs (Estimate Required), including tear-offs and underlayment installation, full or partial re-roofing (asphalt, TPO, tile, etc.), soffit and fascia board replacement, and attic ventilation solutions.
Provide job documentation, including before, during, and after photos, clear job notes submitted through the portal, and communicate material needs in advance.
