About The Position

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking experienced residential painters to join their contractor network for maintenance work orders and small residential projects. This is a 1099 contractor opportunity ideal for independent contractors looking for flexible scheduling, ongoing project opportunities, and reliable payment processing throughout the year. Contractors will be responsible for completing residential painting and surface preparation projects while maintaining quality workmanship, professionalism, and communication with project managers and clients.

Requirements

• Previous residential painting experience required
• Must own painting tools and equipment
• Reliable transportation required (truck, van, or SUV preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable using mobile portals and digital communication systems
• Must currently reside and work within the United States
• Ability to work independently and maintain professional communication

Responsibilities

• Interior and exterior residential painting
• Surface preparation, patching, sanding, and finish work
• Maintain quality and safety standards on all projects
• Communicate with Project Managers regarding job progress
• Upload updates, notes, and photos through the vendor portal system
