About The Position

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking experienced residential painters for 1099 contractor opportunities within their Construction Services (CS) division. This role involves completing maintenance work orders and small residential projects. Requirements

• Previous residential painting experience required.
• Must own painting tools and equipment.
• Reliable transportation required (truck, van, or SUV preferred).
• Valid driver's license.
• Comfortable using mobile portals and digital communication systems.
• Must currently reside and work within the United States.
• Ability to work independently and maintain professional communication.
• Ability to provide valid W9 or Tax ID documentation.
• Completion of onboarding and portal training.
• Professional communication and punctuality.
• Possession of necessary tools and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete interior and exterior residential painting projects.
• Perform surface preparation, including patching, sanding, and finish work.
• Maintain quality and safety standards on all projects.
• Communicate with Project Managers regarding job progress.
• Upload updates, notes, and photos through the vendor portal system.
