About The Position

BEAR Facility Supply is seeking an experienced 1099 Independent Outside Sales Representative to help grow our B2B customer base in the Salt Lake City Metro Area. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential, and anticipated OTE between $90,000-$110,000 yearly. We sell facility products businesses use every day, including Janitorial Supplies, Paper products, Trash liners, Soaps and dispensers, Cleaning chemicals, Safety Supplies, Facility maintenance products, and Other commercial consumables. This opportunity is best suited for someone who already knows how to prospect, get in front of decision-makers, build relationships, quote opportunities, and close B2B business. We are searching for a true "hunter" - Someone who is comfortable getting out in the field, making calls, walking into businesses, asking questions, finding pain points, and creating new customer opportunities.
