About The Position

Struction Solutions is actively looking for Mid and Final Inspectors in multiple Texas locations. This role involves performing mid and final construction inspections on residential properties to verify that repairs are completed according to approved estimates, scopes of work, and building codes. The inspector will evaluate workmanship, materials, and construction progress, identify any incomplete, defective, or non-compliant work, and document findings with detailed photographs and reports. Communication with contractors and management teams is key, as is ensuring safety standards and compliance requirements are followed. The role also includes tracking project timelines, providing status updates, and verifying all approved repairs for project closure and payment.

Requirements

  • Experience & background in construction, restoration, or property inspections
  • Knowledge of residential and commercial building practices
  • Familiarity with roofing, structural, interior, and exterior repairs
  • Ability to read scopes, estimates, and construction documents
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
  • Strong understanding of building systems, repair methods, and construction standards
  • Ability to identify quality and compliance issues
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in inspection/reporting software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple inspections daily

  • Experience with property damage restoration and new construction preferred
