In this role, you will independently manage property damage remediation projects, delivering high-quality repair and restoration services across a variety of property types. This position requires a self-motivated professional capable of assessing damages, developing effective remediation plans, coordinating with project stakeholders, and executing repairs that meet Superior’s quality standards. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property repair and damage remediation
• General Liability Insurance
• Strong knowledge of industry safety standards and remediation best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse teams
• Proven project management skills, including time and budget management
• Must have the necessary tools and reliable transportation
• Must currently reside in the United States

Responsibilities

• Independently assess property damage and create remediation plans tailored to each project
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the remediation process
• Schedule and oversee work crews or subcontractors as needed to complete projects efficiently
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure timely and effective results
• Follow all safety protocols and industry best practices during remediation work
• Provide regular progress updates and final reports to clients and project stakeholders
