About The Position

Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures. Complete finish work as needed for each application, communicate with management at the end of an installation to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payments, and complete the job checklist with the homeowner. Treat homeowners and their property with respect. This role is advertised as offering earnings of up to $150,000–$300,000 annually, with year-round work, paid training, bonuses, weekly direct deposits, and a flexible schedule.

Requirements

At least 3 years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
Experience installing residential showers and tubs, including acrylics and stone panels.
Experience setting a drain and installing valves.
Have an established LLC or business operating under an EIN.
Have general liability and workers' compensation insurance.
Have a cargo van, box truck, shuttle, or vehicle capable of pulling a trailer.
Great communication and customer service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with homeowners and team members.
