100 Series Assembler - 10 hour 1st Shift
About The Position
Quanex is looking for a 100 Series Assembler - 1st Shift to join our team located in Rice Lake, WI. The schedule is Monday-Thursday 4:00 am - 2:30 pm, with varying overtime needs daily during the busy season. The hourly range for this position begins at $18.50/hr with the opportunity for pay increases on an annual basis. This role involves operating and setting up production equipment, performing manual window screen fabrication and cloth installation, completing quality checks, and maintaining attention to detail. Success in this role means working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with team members to achieve production targets, and promoting a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and proactively reporting potential hazards. Dependable attendance and punctuality are also key.

Nice To Haves
- Production, assembly, warehouse, mechanical, or other hands-on experience is preferred but not required
