About The Position

As a 10-Day Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining compliance at the 10-Day facility while coordinating inbound and outbound trailers to Company and third-party facilities. This role prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times. You will manage both inbound and outbound trailers at the 10-Day facility, maximizing efficiency by ensuring the proper outbound weight of each truck. You will also maintain an inventory of supplies, load supplies onto outbound trucks for customer pick-ups, and build loads based on the NPS route system. Additionally, you will prepare customer shipping documents, interface with the internal MMS system to ensure accurate inventory and documentation, and ensure proper placarding and labeling of all containers and trucks. Daily inspections and maintenance of the 10-Day tracking log are also part of the responsibilities. This role supports Customer Experience representatives with customer phone calls, data entry, order entry, and maintaining updated customer files, as well as supporting Services with waste stream approvals and scheduling IM projects with disposal. Additional duties may be assigned to support the team and organization.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in warehouse shipping
2+ years of forklift experience (sit-down forklift for loading and unloading trailers)
DOJ/DEA Clearance

Responsibilities

Maintaining compliance at the 10-Day facility
Coordinating inbound and outbound trailers to Company and third-party facilities
Moving, loading, and offloading of trucks
Managing both inbound and outbound trailers at the 10-Day facility
Ensuring the proper outbound weight of each truck
Maintaining an inventory of supplies
Loading supplies onto outbound trucks for customer pick-ups
Building loads based on the NPS route system
Preparing customer shipping documents
Interfacing with internal MMS system and ensuring accurate inventory and documentation
Ensuring proper placarding and labeling of all containers and trucks at the 10-Day
Performing daily inspections and maintenance of the 10-Day tracking log
