About The Position

This role assists RockPointe’s Pastors with the church's 10-Year Vision. The 10:50 Coordinator will maintain consistent and effective contact with church planters in the first years of their new plant, acting as the first point of contact for prospective 10:50 partners. This position involves following up with prospects, preparing summary reports, assisting with training materials, conducting annual onsite visits to churches, connecting churches with ministry leaders, and working with volunteer leaders. The role also includes attending conferences with church planters and planting organizations, reaching out to individuals and organizations for potential plant and assist opportunities, and performing other outreach tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of, or ability to learn platforms/media used by RockPointe Church: TouchPoint, eSpace, Nexonia, Martus, Asana, Canva, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
Task-oriented mindset
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to self-start and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Spend time in your personal walk with the Lord daily
Demonstrates an active Christian faith

Responsibilities

Maintain consistent and effective contact with church planters in first years of the new plant.
Act as the first point of contact for prospective 10:50 partners.
Recommend prospects as potential church planter, assisted church, academy, ministry resident, etc. after primary screening.
Follow up with prospects throughout the process and evaluate at the conclusion.
Prepare summary reports to Ron and/or other lead pastors as needed.
Participate in training meetings with Ron on the 10:50 Vision, Church Planter Roadmap, methods of assisting, and other topics.
Assist with the development, consolidation, maintenance, distribution and facilitation of 10:50 training materials.
Conduct annual onsite visits to churches as approved by supervisor.
Connect approved assist churches with the appropriate RockPointe ministry leader.
Work with volunteer leaders as needed.
Attend conferences and other formal trainings with church planters and planting organizations as approved.
Reach out to individuals and organizations in search of potential plant & assist opportunities.
Perform outreach to contacts, as assigned by supervisor.
