This role involves 1:1 nursing in a patient's home with a friendly 9yr old Female with Developmental delay, Gastrostomy, Non-ambulatory, Non-verbal, Oxygen, Seizure activity, Tracheostomy, and Ventilator. The family is friendly and communicative. Part-time scheduling is available, with full-time or per diem cases also available. Patient-specific training is provided, and other cases/shifts are available in surrounding areas.
Requirements
- Some experience with tracheostomy and ventilator required.
- NYS Nursing licensure required.
- Must be computer literate.
- Completion of onboarding required prior to training.
- Must be able to complete nursing notes within 24 hours of the shift being completed.
- Must have malpractice insurance.

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 nursing care in a patient's home.
- Administer care to a 9-year-old female with developmental delay, gastrostomy, non-ambulatory, non-verbal, oxygen, seizure activity, tracheostomy, and ventilator needs.
- Complete nursing notes within 24 hours of shift completion.
- Participate in patient-specific training.
- Provide care during weekday nights and overnights (Monday-Friday: 5:00 PM-12:00 AM, 12:00 AM-7:00 AM).
