This role involves 1:1 nursing at a patient's home for an 8-year-old with a G-tube, who is non-ambulatory, non-verbal, and experiences seizure activity. Patient-specific training will be provided. Diverse cases/shifts are available in surrounding areas.

Requirements

NYS Nursing licensure required
Must be computer literate
Completion of onboarding required prior to training
Must have malpractice insurance

Nice To Haves

Experience with G-tube
Experience with non-ambulatory patients
Experience with non-verbal patients
Experience with seizure activity

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 nursing care in a patient's home.
Complete nursing notes within 24 hours of the shift being completed.
