1:1 Nurse (RN)
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is actively seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) who are passionate about providing home care. The organization is committed to delivering the highest quality care to clients and their families with compassion, excellence, and reliability. This role involves providing one-to-one private duty nursing care, allowing nurses to build strong relationships with clients and witness their developmental milestones. BAYADA offers a supportive work environment with flexible scheduling options, short commute times (30 minutes or less), and a $1,200 nurse referral bonus. New hires benefit from a 'Welcome Day Experience' to ensure comfort and support. The position offers traditional shift types (4, 8, or 10 hours) for morning or overnight, with options for PRN, part-time, or full-time employment, and no weekend or minimum hour requirements. Pediatric opportunities are available for clients up to 21 years old. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state of PA
Responsibilities
- Caring for patients one-to-one (Private Duty)
- Hands-on care with ONE client
- Building client relationships and watching their milestones
