About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Nurses with a passion for home care to join their team, emphasizing high-quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. Nurses can expect weekly pay, flexible scheduling, one-to-one private duty care, short commute times (30 minutes or less), and a $1,200 nurse referral bonus. Private-duty nursing at BAYADA involves traditional shift types (4, 8, or 10 hours), hands-on care with a single client, building client relationships, and observing their milestones, with pediatric opportunities available for clients 21 years old and younger. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state of PA
- MAR-WPA
Responsibilities
- Caring for patients one-to-one (Private Duty)
- Hands-on care with ONE client
- Building client relationships and watching their milestones
