About The Position

Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking a full-time LPN or RN to work with a pediatric patient in a school setting for the 2026-2027 school year. The role involves providing one-on-one nursing care to a female patient with a history of cerebral palsy, epilepsy, pulmonary hypertension, and asthma. The patient requires nebulizer treatments and suctioning as needed. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, located in Hempstead, NY.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of nurse experience
• NYS RN/LPN license and registration
• BLS from American Heart Association
• Physical within a year
• QuantiFERON within a year
• MMR Titers within 10 years
• Malpractice Insurance
• NPI #

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to a pediatric patient in a school setting.
• Administer nebulizer treatments as needed.
• Perform suctioning as needed.
