1:1 Nurse (LPN)
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking 1:1 Nurses (LPNs) to provide personalized care in clients' homes. The company was founded on the principle that healthcare improves when clients receive care in their preferred environment. This role offers one-on-one care with flexible scheduling options, weekly pay, preventive care coverage, paid time off, and short commute times by matching nurses with nearby cases. BAYADA supports its nurses through comprehensive paid training from day one, including in-office, in-home, and online modules, as well as practice in award-winning adult and pediatric simulation labs. Nurses also receive around-the-clock clinical support by phone and utilize AlayaCare for electronic charting. The position involves caring for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, with extensive training provided to ensure comfort and competence.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
- MAR-EPA
