About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Nurses with a passion for home care to join their team, emphasizing high-quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. The role involves providing private-duty nursing, which differs from traditional home health visits by offering traditional shift types (4s, 8s, or 10s) and focusing on hands-on care with one client. This allows nurses to build strong client relationships and observe their milestones. Pediatric opportunities are also available for clients 21 years old and younger. Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of PA
• MAR-WPA

Responsibilities

• Caring for patients one-to-one (Private Duty)
• Providing hands-on care with ONE client
• Building client relationships and watching their milestones
