About The Position

This position is for a compassionate Nurse (LPN or LVN) to provide private duty in-home nursing care to school-aged pediatric clients (3 years old+) for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. The role emphasizes one-on-one care, allowing nurses to develop ongoing relationships with clients and make a significant difference in their lives by keeping them safe at home. Nurses will enjoy the autonomy of using their clinical expertise and critical thinking skills while being supported by a larger team with 24/7 clinical assistance. Requirements

Active and current license to practice as a professional nurse (LPN or LVN)
Ability to travel to cases as assigned
A calm and reassuring presence, active listening skills, excellent assessment skills and strong written and verbal communication

Nice To Haves

Previous home health care experience welcomed, but not required
Experience working with children (training provided if no experience)

Responsibilities

Deliver the highest-quality care to pediatric clients (from birth through 18) with a variety of diagnoses
Work at the top of your scope if you choose, with the opportunity to provide complex care including trach & vent management
Provide family education
Perform clinical assessments
Provide nursing care according to care plan
Administer medication, treatment, and therapy
