About The Position
This role involves providing one-on-one support to students within a classroom or daycare setting. The PCA will assist students with their academic, behavioral, and personal care needs, working collaboratively with teachers and school staff. The position is available for the 2026-2027 School Year, with an emphasis on completing onboarding early to secure placement. This is a full-time and part-time opportunity.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Experience working with disabled youth and/or behaviors
- FBI Fingerprints
- PA Criminal Background
- Child Abuse Clearance
- CPR/First Aid
- Mandated Reporter Training
