Our research-first approach ensures we design and execute campaigns that are well informed. The truth is, we don’t look like most agencies either. Our diverse team is made up of 70% Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) and LGBTQ+ professionals, so we’re a true representation of the communities our clients serve and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Our diversity provides us with a unique lens that allows us to incorporate multicultural insights from the genesis of every campaign, ensuring each component of our campaigns from creative and paid advertising media to PR and social media— genuinely resonates with multicultural communities.
As a cross-cultural marketing agency, we don’t just talk the talk – we walk the walk. We intentionally designed a team that breaks ethnic, gender and generational divides; one that is equipped to offer multiple perspectives in order to reach the new American mainstream.
