- You have experience driving technical projects, prioritizing work, identifying dependencies, facilitating technical decisions and cross-functional team discussions.

About this position
The Data Platform team at Mailchimp is responsible for creating and managing our BI platform that enables peeps from across the company to make better decisions with data. As a team, we build ETL pipelines, model data to feed analytical reports and data science models, design data access tools, build and support the data platform foundation, build data models in Looker and much more. We have a lot of tools in our toolbelt, but all with the main goal of helping Mailchimp to continue to use data more effectively.
