HTS is currently seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at a new partner skilled nursing facility located in Paris, KY, about 20 miles northeast of Lexington. This retirement community offers a continuum of care: skilled nursing, rehab, intermediate care, assisted living/personal care, adult day care center, outpatient therapy, and independent living apartments. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for our seniors by fostering their physical health, independence, and overall well-being. The PTA in this role will provide high-quality physical therapy to residents in a supportive environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. · FULL TIME position at 30 – 40 hours per week. · Large dedicated, fully functional therapy gym with typical equipment.

Requirements

  • active State Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
  • Applicants must have an active Kentucky Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Kentucky license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
  • Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
