About The Position
Functional Pathways is currently hiring at our Westminster Place location in Evanston, IL for a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist. Job Summary: SLP shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.
Requirements
- Must have a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- ASHA (CCC) Certification
- Active state license required.
- Prior experience working as a Speech Therapist.
- Experience in geriatric care, addressing functional limitations, mobility challenges, and rehabilitation needs.
