Maven is looking for a high energy, passionate, detailed-oriented and experienced Associate to join our Client Success Team. The Associate will play a critical role in supporting Maven’s large, strategic clients with a high level of responsibility and visibility across the team. You will support the Client Success Managers and Directors of the Client Success team through a client’s entire lifecycle (implementation, launch and ongoing relationship management) and develop expertise in client management, reporting, and performance goal management as Maven seeks to build its strategic accounts over time.
