About The Position

Athletes Global Corporation is seeking a passionate and energetic Zumba Instructor to lead engaging workshops and classes that inspire creativity and skill development. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to share your expertise in Zumba techniques while fostering a welcoming environment for learners of all levels. The classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba® choreography, breaking down steps and incorporating games, activities, and cultural exploration elements. The focus is on creating a fun atmosphere rather than a technical or competitive one. The instructor will also be responsible for teaching daily leadership development homework and creating lesson plans.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Zumba
• 1+ years in teaching
• Has a reliable mode of transportation
• Competent in creating lesson plans
• Experience working with children, preferably in a teaching, tutoring, or camp setting.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt lessons to different skill levels and learning styles.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Help develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children’s lives by making fitness FUN
• Teach and give out daily leadership development homework to the students attending our programs
• Create lesson plans to keep the class organized and fun
