We are seeking a passionate and energetic Zumba Instructor to lead engaging workshops and classes that inspire creativity and skill development.

Requirements

• Experience working with children, preferably in a teaching, tutoring, or camp setting.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt lessons to different skill levels and learning styles.
• Must pass a background check.
• 2+ years of experience in Zumba
• 1+ years in teaching
• Has a reliable mode of transportation
• Competent in creating lesson plans

Responsibilities

• Help develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children’s lives by making fitness FUN
• Classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba® choreography
• Break down the steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure
• Create a FUN atmosphere, as opposed to one of a more technical, competitive nature
• Teach and give out daily leadership development homework to the students attending our programs
• Create lesson plans to keep the class organized and fun
