About The Position

Alstar Group of Companies Ltd. is seeking an experienced Day-Shift Zoom Boom/Forklift Operator for their SE Calgary location. This role is for weekdays and is not transit accessible. Alstar Group has been providing quality construction services to the oil & gas industry since 1969, with projects throughout Western Canada. They are a leader in turn-key new construction, maintenance, and prefabrication.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience operating equipment
• Experience operating Zoom Boom and Forklift is a must
• Valid Zoom Boom operation certificate
• Energy Safety Canada Common Safety Orientation (CSO) ticket is mandatory
• Proven safety attitude and excellent attendance history
• Excellent communication skills
• Good attitude
• Collaborative skills
• Ability to follow directions
• Attention to detail
