Blew is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Zoning Analyst to join our team. As one of the leading national land surveying and civil engineering firms, our team is dedicated to providing accurate and reliable services to our clients. Requirements

• At least two years of experience in zoning industry
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Comprehensive understanding of zoning ordinances and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both face-to-face and virtually
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, GIS or similar software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-starter and independent time management skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research on zoning laws, regulations, and restrictions
• Interpret zoning maps, codes, and ordinances
• Prepare and submit zoning applications and documents
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local municipalities
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to meet time sensitive deadlines
• Open to feedback and professional development
• Maintaining a flexible work schedule
