About The Position

The Retail Zone Specialist assists customers and helps maintain the store’s appearance. The role is responsible for customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with a primary focus on an assigned store zone. The specialist ensures merchandise is recovered and presented according to visual standards, answers customer questions about promotions and advertisements, and supports truck receiving, pricing, merchandising, and store recovery.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as a team player who interacts well with customers and associates.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work safely.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products in the assigned zone are merchandised and recovered according to visual merchandise standards.
• Know current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising products, and recovering the store.
• Keep the assigned zone neat and organized.
• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
