About The Position

Champion Home Builders, Inc. is seeking to hire a Zone Sales Manager to join their team in the McMinnville, Oregon region. The Zone Sales Manager role is an Exempt position responsible for selling manufactured housing products to wholesalers or developers on a commission basis.

Requirements

Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time
Background check and Drug Screen are required

Nice To Haves

Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Previous sales experience in manufactured/modular housing desired

Responsibilities

Contacts retailers and arranges to provide them with products.
Calls on regular or prospective customers to solicit orders.
Demonstrates products and points out salable features.
Answers questions concerning products such as price, credit terms, and durability.
Completes sales contracts or forms to record required sales information.
Assists in the process of shipment/delivery of homes and collection of payment in a timely manner.
Promotes products at trade shows and conferences.
Other duties may be assigned.
