About The Position

The Zone Mechanic is responsible for general maintenance including general repairs, preventive maintenance, touch up painting, coordination of work between the user and Facility Services personnel or outside contractors, and other duties as assigned. The Zone Mechanic will be held accountable for the overall maintenance level in the specific assigned geographic zone. Requirements

• 3 Years Facilities Maintenance
• 2 Years Construction
• 6 Months HVAC Maintenance
• 6 Months Plumbing
• 6 Months Electrician
• 6 Months Carpenter

Responsibilities

• General maintenance including general repairs
• Preventive maintenance
• Touch up painting
• Coordination of work between the user and Facility Services personnel or outside contractors
• Other duties as assigned
