Responsible for operations at top and bottom of Zip Rider.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must not be afraid of heights
Must have training of a minimum of 8 hours plus an observation period
High school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
Must possess good oral and written communication skills, as well as quality people skills
Must be able to work all shifts
Must have a proven record of dependability of performance
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
Must pass a pre-employment criminal background investigation

Responsibilities
Greeting customers and mounting/dismounting trolleys to the track cable and secures trolley to the launch block
Confirmation through radio communication from lop/bottom tower confirms that the track cables and landing platforms are clear of riders/equipment
Fully understands all rescue procedures and contributes to rescue efforts when needed
Must report any and all incidents to managers as soon as possible
Has constant communication with top and bottom attendants
Responsible mounting and removal of trolley from track cable. Monitors break pad wear on each trolley prior to mounting and dismounting, to ensure break pad wear is within acceptable range for operations
Must monitor the appearance of harnesses and trolleys to ensure they are in accordance with the daily inspection requirements. Red tag and set aside anything out of accordance with daily inspection sheets
Responsible for assisting the managers with daily tour inspections and fully understands all rescue procedures and contributes to rescue efforts when needed
Must be knowledgeable in all operations and inspections associated with top and bottom
Provide guests with directions or other venue information. Act upon all comments/complaints in a prompt, professional and friendly manner.
