About The Position

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Zero Trust Lead/ Information Engineer to join our Development Finance Corporation team supporting the Network Operations (Zero Trust) business unit. This position will be located within the United States and will be a fully remote opportunity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's with 12+ years information engineering experience (or commensurate experience)
• Must ServiceNow GRC, eMASS, ACAS, Tenable, and Splunk operations, and Zero Trust architecture leadership against NIST guidance
• Must have all or at least one of the following certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, PMP, multiple GIAC)
• Clearance Required: Ability to maintain a Public Trust clearance

Responsibilities

• Owns the Palo Alto, Zscaler, and Aruba ClearPass Zero Trust posture, the segmentation roadmap, and Conditional Access policy lifecycle, aligned to OMB M-22-09 and CISA ZTMM 2.0.
• Coordinates ServiceNow-driven Incident, Change, and CMDB integration.
