About The Position

Evolver is seeking a Zero Trust Integration Lead to provide expert leadership and technical direction for the Zero Trust Integration Services II effort. This role is responsible for leading the integration and maturation of Zero Trust capabilities across federal agencies and ensuring cohesive implementation across all Zero Trust pillars.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
  • Eight+ years of experience in the development and delivery of integrated security solutions supporting Zero Trust capabilities.

  • Experience supporting fast onboarding and clearance of personnel within federal environments is considered a benefit.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a highly collaborative, matrixed environment involving multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the enterprise-wide integration of Zero Trust capabilities across all six Zero Trust pillars.
  • Drive continuous maturation of Zero Trust capabilities to achieve advanced or optimal maturity levels.
  • Coordinate closely with the USCIS Zero Trust Project Manager and pillar leads to ensure effective cross-pillar alignment and integration.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance across strategic, operational, and tactical Zero Trust initiatives.
  • Ensure governance, policy, visibility, analytics, automation, and orchestration capabilities are fully integrated across the Zero Trust architecture.
  • Identify integration gaps, dependency risks, and maturity challenges, and guide solution approaches to address them.
  • Align Zero Trust implementation efforts with DHS, OMB, and White House Zero Trust mandates and maturity goals.
  • Support coordination across Government teams and multiple contractor organizations to advance Zero Trust outcomes efficiently.
