About The Position

The Zamboni Driver position at Fidelity Bank Worcester Ice Center in Worcester, MA requires no prior experience as training will be provided. Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service to all team members and customers.
• Maintain Ice Surfaces, general facilities cleaning and maintenance.
• If needed, answer phones and respond to questions about our programs.
• Ability to make decisions quickly with Confidence.
• Understand and follow company policies, procedures and safety rules.
• Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures and rules regarding professional staff behavior.
• Team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
