Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service to all team members and customers.
• Maintain ice surfaces.
• Perform general facilities cleaning and maintenance.
• Answer phones and respond to questions about our programs, if needed.
• Understand and follow company policies, procedures, and safety rules.
• Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules regarding professional staff behavior.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
