About The Position

The Zamboni Driver is responsible for maintaining the ice surfaces at the Canton Ice House, as well as general facilities cleaning and maintenance. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to problem-solve, and a commitment to taking pride in one's work. Team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Effective problem solving and communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to Problem Solve , take Responsibility , take Pride in what we are doing.
• Must be able to work in a cold environment.
• Ability to lift 30lbs
• Have basic computer skills
• Ability to work flexible schedule nights, weekends and holidays based on business needs.
• Occasionally required to sit
• Frequently required to walk, reach, talk and hear.
• Specific vision abilities required by this role include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Must have a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation is needed.

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service to all team members and customers.
• Maintain Ice Surfaces, general facilities cleaning and maintenance.
• If needed, answer phones and respond to questions about our programs.
• Ability to make decisions quickly with Confidence.
• Understand and follow company policies, procedures and safety rules.
• Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures and rules regarding professional staff behavior.
• Team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
