About The Position
Have you dreamed of driving the Zamboni at your favorite ice arena? That dream can come true. Apply today with Douglas N. Everett arena! This position assists with ice resurfacing and working in the arena pro shop which includes skate sharpening, skate rentals and retail sales.
Requirements
- Background in arena operation and customer service helpful but not required
- Cash handling and balancing.
- Providing exceptional customer service to the public
Responsibilities
- Sets up and preps Pro Shop.
- Maintains ice rink through proper operation of the Zamboni.
- Follows proper procedures for cash transactions of goods & services.
- Provides good customer service
- Clean and stock Pro Shop at end of shift
- Assigns Locker Rooms
- Keeps Groups on Schedule
- Cleans facility throughout shift
- Assist in snow removal
- Keeps equipment logs up to date
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
