About The Position

YMCA at North Rutherford is Now Hiring for YPlay Attendant. This is a part-time position with a pay range starting at $13 per hour (or more depending on experience). Requirements

• Minimum Age: 18
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A positive attitude, love for children, and strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• New Hire Orientation before your first shift.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for children ages six weeks to six years.
• Lead fun activities like creative arts, story-time, and games.
• Assist with diaper changes and toilet training while following hygiene standards.
• Build positive relationships with parents and families.
• Maintain a safe and engaging space for all children.
