The YouthBuild Grant Director is responsible for the overall administration, compliance, fiscal oversight, recruitment, enrollment, and effective implementation of the Department of Labor YouthBuild grant. The grant was written on behalf of the school’s Board of Directors/School Board; therefore, this position is responsible for ensuring that grant operations are implemented in alignment with Board expectations, approved grant requirements, Department of Labor YouthBuild requirements, budgetary guidelines, and established performance indicators. Because Oakmont Education has been engaged by the Board to manage the school, the YouthBuild Grant Director is also responsible for ensuring that YouthBuild grant operations are fully integrated with school operations. This includes close coordination with the school leadership team and Oakmont Education leadership to ensure that program implementation, compliance, staffing, recruitment, enrollment, participant supports, reporting, fiscal oversight, and performance outcomes operate seamlessly within the broader school model.
