Act as a community-based, point of contact on all youth program outreach activities throughout the Capital Region. Actively outreach, recruit, and enroll eligible youth ages 14–24 into the WIOA Youth program. Independently communicate and build strong relationships with schools, youth-serving organizations, and key partners in the Capital Region to deliver services to eligible young people. The Youth Workforce Connector position is for a dynamic and team-oriented individual responsible for building relationships with schools, youth-serving agencies, and community-based organizations to connect eligible youth to WIOA Youth program services and to aid young people in overcoming barriers to education and employment.
