About The Position

We are building a youth sports organization focused on helping children develop confidence, healthy habits, teamwork, and a lifelong love of physical activity through fun, professionally-run sports programs. We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to help grow and operate the business in Colorado Springs. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build something meaningful, make a lasting impact in the community, and potentially earn a pathway toward ownership. A recent career transition has created the need for a business-minded leader to take the lead in day-to-day growth and operations. You'll have the opportunity to help shape the future of youth sports in Colorado Springs while building relationships with families, schools, coaches, and community partners. This role is ideal for someone who has always wanted to own or operate a business but doesn't want to start from scratch.

  • Have experience in sales, business development, leadership, operations, education, sports, or community engagement
  • Want to build something meaningful and long-term
  • Believe sports can positively impact children's lives
  • No youth sports management experience is required. We're looking for the right person, not the perfect resume.

Responsibilities

  • Grow youth sports programs throughout Colorado Springs
  • Build relationships with schools, preschools, childcare centers, and community organizations
  • Recruit, train, and support part-time coaches
  • Oversee scheduling and program operations
  • Deliver exceptional experiences for children and families
  • Support marketing, enrollment, and community outreach efforts
  • Help develop new partnerships and growth opportunities
