About The Position
The Chester Family YMCA is currently seeking a part-time positive role model to coordinate programs for the sports department! Pay range for this position is $17-$18 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED.
- A minimum of two years experience in sports or youth development programs is required.
- Must be proficient with a computer and MS Office.
- Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications.
Nice To Haves
- A degree in a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to the sports department by creating programs, hiring and scheduling staff, and communicating with program participants.
- Be results-driven and able to build relationships with team members.
