About The Position
i9 Sports is looking for an energetic Soccer Sports Coordinator to help create a fun, organized, and positive experience for young athletes and their families. This role involves partnering with volunteer coaches and referees, supporting game-day operations, and ensuring every player has a great experience. It's described as a fun weekend job, ideal for teachers, coaches, college students, former athletes, or anyone who enjoys working with kids and sports.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and solve problems.
- Comfortable leading groups and taking charge when needed.
- Positive attitude and a passion for working with kids.
Nice To Haves
- Experience playing and/or coaching soccer preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support volunteer coaches during practices and games.
