About The Position
KidStrong Edina is hiring energetic, outgoing coaches to join our brand-new team! At KidStrong, we help kids become stronger, smarter, more confident, and better prepared for life through a science-based curriculum focused on physical, cognitive, and character development. You do not need to be a personal trainer or professional sports coach. We provide training and teach you the KidStrong curriculum. We're looking for people with great energy, strong communication skills, reliability, and a genuine desire to make an impact on kids.

Nice To Haves
- Experience in youth sports, education, childcare, camps, gymnastics, dance, fitness, theater, recreation, or coaching
Responsibilities
- Coach fun, high-energy KidStrong classes for children from crawling through age 11
- Learn and deliver KidStrong's science-based curriculum
- Help kids develop physical skills, confidence, character, and problem-solving abilities
- Build positive relationships with kids and their parents
- Learn each child's individual needs and help them succeed
- Create a safe, encouraging, and engaging class environment
- Work alongside a supportive coaching team
- Help keep the center clean, organized, and ready for classes
- Participate in ongoing coach training and development
